No Surprise Pricing definitely fits in well for doing business as a whole because it IS so easy to use. I've actually already been back on the site to order more stress balls, but with a different logo and pattern. The colors were really bright. Its just user-friendly and super simple, and it made what I thought was going to be a really arduous task really quick and easy.

I would hope that more online companies we all work with on a daily basis start developing something like No Surprise Pricing. Its really great to know that theres no extra surprises, the price for shipping and everything is there. When I quote a client on what my price would be, all of my expenses are taken into account, so I really like it.

I love the No Surprise Pricing tool. It's wonderful. When I saw my total price, I didn't think that included every fee, so it was a nice little surprise to find out it did because you're used to the opposite.

As I stated earlier, with over 30 years of dealing with "professionals", I find most of them take themselves too seriously. Shauna was able to be very professional with a fine sense of humor. The ordering and proofing process for the Die Cast Delivery Trucks was painless and the end product impressive. The finished product delivery deadline was met earlier than promised even with special requests for 2 separate logos imprinted in 2 separate colors. The logo imprints were perfect and the die-cast trucks are of good quality with a bonus of wheels that work. The quoting process was quick and accurate. There were no last minute surprises with final costs and the payment process was reliable. Everything Quality Logo Products promised was fulfilled with personalized service. Inquiries were answered quickly, even when our sales contact wasn't readily available. This was our first purchase order, but it won't be our last.

My experience with Quality Logo Products has been exceptional, both last year with my initial order and this year with a repeat order. The ordering process was easy, step-by-step confirmations on the order and artwork were reassuring (not that I particularly needed it, but it is always nice when your supplier is proactive) and everything was delivered on time, just as ordered, and a bargain for the price. I was actually placing the order on behalf of three Colorado chapters of the Order of the Eastern Star. The chapters contribute these gifts to girls in the Excelsior Youth Center in gift bags given at their annual Holiday party. I'm told that for some of the girls in their residential treatment facility, these are the only holiday presents they receive, and that the stress "squeezee" balls are particularly welcome. So know that these are truly going to kids who are getting both a message that there are people who care, and a way to vent/release their stress and frustration.

The glasses arrived packed very well without any casualties. I have to thank you and commend you for your persistence in making this order a reality. As you know, I was ready to pull the plug on this order on at least two occasions. Thanks for dealing with all the issues that ultimately ended with me being a very satisfied customer. One of the big bonuses with my order was the printing on the glasses. You did the printing with clear glass lettering in the field of black and flames. What is cool about it, with the two sided imprint, when the glass is tipped the clear lettering allows the flame image on the opposite side to "flicker" through clear lettering on the drinking side. It eerily looks like the flame is flickering on the drinking side of the glass. Couldn't be happier. . . . unless the 72 glasses would have been full of Budweiser ;-)

We just received our third order of messenger bags.
