Here are questions to ask yourself to ensure you have the best artwork ready for submission:
It may be difficult to tell if your artwork is in the right format for submission. You have several options for sending your logo artwork, with some transferring more clearly than others when on screen.
If your file has .jpg, .png, .pdf, .ai, or .eps at the end when it's saved, then we will accept your artwork. Although .jpg and .pdf are likely the most accessible, we prefer files saved with an .ai or .eps extension. These files will transfer more clearly onto your product and not appear blurry or pixelated.
Don't worry! Our helpful Design Team can convert your files into a vectored format for you. Vectored art will preserve the quality of your design and keep your logo looking its best.

Imprint is pressed into item creating a deep, indented look
Imprint is raised on item’s surface creating 3D effect
Digital file of the design is stitched onto fabric items like shirts, hats, and blankets; multiple thread colors included in the cost
Metallic foils are transferred to item’s surface at a high temperature
Digital printer is used to transfer colorful design or photo onto item; includes unlimited ink colors at no additional charge
Heat passes through special paper transferring logo/design onto item
Laser etches the logo/design onto item
Imprint stamped onto item; usually includes 1 free ink color
Imprint is created using aluminum plates, rollers, water, oil-based inks, and rubber blankets

Do you want to print your company name, slogan, or a funny saying on your promotional items? Try to convert your text to an outline before sending in your file. This ensures that your font will stay exactly the way that you want it.
To convert text to an outline, you need to use Adobe Illustrator. Click on "Type" and scroll down to "Create Outlines." Are you not sure what all this means? Don’t worry! Our design team will take care of this process for you!

The last thing you want is for your logo or design to look pixelated on your promotional items. That’s what happens with raster images, which are saved with the following file extensions: .jpg, .png, .doc, or .pdf.
Vector graphics, on the other hand, have a higher resolution, which means your logo or design can be resized without any blurriness. These images have to be created in design software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Sketch.
You don’t have to worry about creating vector graphics if you’ve never done it before. Our design team will vectorize your logo/design for you, free of charge! Just send in your files any way you can, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note: We can't change the size, shape, or position of an imprint area on your products.
On every product details page, you will find your imprint area specified under the section "How We Add Your Logo." You will see not only where your logo will be displayed, but also the size of your logo and how it is printed. Keep in mind your customer service rep will help you with sizing your design to fit the imprint area with no additional charge!
